Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following cancellation policies are enforced: 1. 24-Hour Notice A $25 deposit is required at booking and will be applied to your session balance. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel without rebooking. If you cancel and rebook at the time of cancellation, your deposit carries forward to your new appointment. You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee Sacred Space Therapy may make exceptions at its sole discretion. 2. Intake Forms Complete all required intake forms at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you do not complete forms within this timeframe, we may cancel the appointment and charge the applicable cancellation fee. 3. Same-Day / Next-Day Appointments Sacred Space Therapy accepts limited same-day and next-day appointments while maintaining the integrity and flow of practice operations. 4. Advance Scheduling (Online): Clients may schedule appointments up to 48 hours in advance using the online booking system. 5. Same-Day Office Appointments We may accommodate same-day office appointments by request only, and you must request them at least 4 hours before the desired start time. Because the online system enforces a 48-hour lead time, clients must call or text to request a same-day office session. 6. In-Home Appointments (Short-Notice): Requests within 24 hours require direct approval by call or text and are subject to a 25% convenience fee to cover preparation, travel coordination, and schedule adjustments. 7. Deposits & Intake Forms A valid credit card or deposit is required to hold same-day or next-day appointments. Complete intake forms within 1 hour of receiving the confirmation email; failure to do so may result in cancellation under the Intake Form policy.
